It's not the parents fault. 5 lives were taken and countless others changed for the worse forever. Why would you go after the parents and try and make things worse for them than they already are? 18 years and older you are old enough to make your own decisions and your parents are no longer responsible for anything you do. As far as the alcohol goes they made no mention of it so that is just hearsay. Also IMO the drinking age is absolute BULLSHIT along with the war on drugs. You can vote and die for your country at 18 but can't drink a beer. I hate America more and more everyday. Suing over every little thing they can. (McDonalds coffee being too hot). She was awarded 2.9 million dollars by the way. The country is so fucked and people don't even realize it. The bill of rights might as well be thrown in the trash at this point. Europe has higher speed limits and lower drinking age and less alcohol related fatalities. Meanwhile bible thumping, fat ass consumer American's continue to take away our freedoms and pass unjust laws under the guise that they are making you safer. They aren't.
